Keen As Building has a team which is highly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Since our incorporation in 2009 we have done over 14,000 projects. After our small beginnings as a maintenance company, we quickly developed into a full renovation, building and Project Management company.
Keen As is able to service every situation – our clients include banks, insurance companies, real estate, Body Corporate, residential and commercial companies and private individuals. We cover all aspects of building from extensions and additions to renovations and full house builds. Keen As oversees projects from start to finish with a full team of experienced individuals. Our tradesmen are hand picked for their quality of workmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction at every stage.
Keen As can provide any trade service including experienced carpenters, painters, plasterers, tilers, electricians, landscapers, builders and Project Managers.
We are based in the central Gold Coast region and service the greater Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW regions.

Meet the Team
Josh is our Keen As Builder and a Director of the company. Josh is qualified as both a Licenced Low-Rise Builder and Building Inspector with 20 years’ experience in the building industry.
Josh will look after you from start to finish on your project. He will provide you with a detailed Quote, coordinate your project and help you with any building queries or decisions you need to make.
Josh was raised on a farm in Kyogle and effectively started his career from a very early age with his father, an Engineer, to build and maintain the farm. Young Josh worked with his father to help the local community with their building and engineering needs. Josh loves the Gold Coast, but still regularly visits the farm at Kyogle where his father still lives – they have cows.
Our office staff will be one of your first points of contact. They will help co-ordinate your quote appointments and organise your job bookings.

Our Keen As Building and qualified tradesmen team has been handpicked – you will meet them over the course of your project. Some of the team have been with Keen As from the very beginning and are a big part of our culture. They are all very friendly, have many years’ experience and will be happy to help when called upon.
We also work closely with a great auxiliary team of Plumbers, Electricians, Draftsman, Architects, Engineers, Carpenters etc. all of whom we pick because of their excellent trade skills and customer service orientation.
