From the start, Keen As will monitor and/or manage the design progress and interact with building management during the design phase. We develop the project budget, construction schedule and manage Council applications and approval’s as required. This involves value-engineering, feasibility analysis, researching potential green/energy saving opportunities and working with designers to reduce long term maintenance costs by choosing durable, replaceable and upgradeable materials, fixtures, fittings and systems.
Keen As will develop a site logistics management plan considering site access, material deliveries and storage and temporary on-site facilities coordinating the building management plan to ensure off site fabrication and procurement is integrated with on site construction.
After the initial design phase, Keen As begins site administration and project commencement, including site induction and safety briefings, establishment of site procedures (including waste removal, site clean-up and security), subcontractor control and visitor access. During the construction phase Keen As coordinates client communication with the team, administer and update project schedule and budget, manage construction implementation, financial and operation management.
Once completed, end-phase begins including final inspections and rectifications, delivery of plans, warranties, legal documentation, certificates and certifications occurs.
Finally, handover of site control and access. Keen As will then provide you with ongoing, after sale service for any unforeseen rectification work or variations which may be required.
